Everything on this page is planned, not built. A master plan is a design intention. It becomes a commitment only when the competent authority has sanctioned it and it appears in your contract.
Treat an amenity you are shown on a plan as something to ask about in writing — from us or from anyone selling you anything in Lahore — rather than something you have been given.

What this costs to run — and who pays
Not published yet
The service charge position: whether a monthly community charge applies once the amenities are running, what it covers, and how it is set.
We would rather show you nothing than show you something indicative. This space holds the real document as soon as it exists — not a render of what it might look like. Waiting on: Central Point.
Ask us where this has got toSecurity, a park, street lighting and shared services cost money to run every month, and that money comes from somewhere. Until the arrangement is settled and published here, do not assume there is no charge and do not assume there is one. Ask for the position in writing before you book.
An earlier version of this website stated flatly that there is no monthly maintenance or society charge. That was written before the community plan was shared with us, and we have withdrawn it rather than leave a claim standing that we can no longer support.
Possession
The project's stated target is possession six months from the start of construction. That is a target, not a contractual date: it depends on your own payments being on time, on authority approvals, on site conditions and on the force-majeure terms in your agreement.
What you can hold us to is evidence. The construction log publishes dated site photographs from fixed positions each month, and a project that is moving looks different from one that is not.
Beyond this phase
The wider master plan shows further parcels, including higher-rise development in later phases. None of it is approved, financed or scheduled, and none of it forms part of what you are buying today.
We mention it because you will hear about it, and because a buyer should know that the plot next to their home may one day be built on. What that turns into depends on approvals that do not yet exist.
What to check yourself
- Ask which amenities are in the sanctioned plan, not the marketing plan, and ask to see it.
- Ask what the service charge will be and who sets it. A community with security and a park has running costs.
- Ask what happens if an amenity is not built. Is anything owed to you?
- Walk the site. See booking a visit — a 30-ft road exists or it does not.
