“Fifteen minutes from the airport. Ten minutes from the motorway. Twenty minutes to the city centre.” You have read these on every project page in Lahore, and they share a property: nobody drove them.
They are straight-line distances converted to minutes at a speed nobody achieves, or a single run at 11am on a Sunday. At 8:30 on a weekday morning, on Ferozepur Road, they are fiction.

What you should do, which is better than any number we publish
Drive your own commute. Not a commute in the abstract — the specific journey you would make, from this site, at the hour you would make it, on a working day.
Then drive it home again in the evening. The return leg on an arterial road is frequently the worse of the two, and it is the one people forget to test.

Being honest about a main road
Ferozepur Road is an arterial. That is the reason a site on it is reachable from most of the city, and it is also the reason it carries traffic and noise. Those are the same fact seen from two sides, and a project that claims the first while quietly omitting the second is selling you half the picture.
The noise is most relevant to the ground floor, which is why it is written into the ground floor’s own page rather than hidden.
