What we ask
- Your firm — name, and where you are based.
- Where you sell — which parts of Lahore you actually work.
- What you have sold — projects, not volumes. We will look them up.
- Your team — how many people, and who would be handling this.
- CNIC and firm registration — at onboarding, not at first contact.
How it goes
- You message us with the above. There is no form on this page.
- We talk, and you come to the site. We would rather meet at the plot than at an office. You should want to see it before you sell it.
- Terms in writing. Your commercial terms, the rules on this page, and what happens if either is breached.
- You are set up in the system with your own login, and units are allocated to you.
- You start. Quote from the published sheet, record every booking, issue every receipt.
What we are looking for
Dealers who are comfortable selling something that has to be explained. A floor is not a plot, buyers ask hard questions, and the close depends on being able to answer them rather than deflect them.
If your instinct on being asked “is this legal?” is to reassure rather than to hand over the page that answers it, this will not suit you, and that is fine.
What we are not looking for
- Anyone who wants to run their own price. There is one sheet and it is public.
- Anyone who takes cash without issuing a receipt. This ends the relationship the first time, not the third.
- Anyone who will describe this as approved by an authority that has not approved it, because it is the phrase buyers search for.
