The first three payments are each due after every two months, against work that is finished — so the plot has a foundation on it before the second one falls due. From month 7 the payments are monthly: Rs. 60,000 , doubling to Rs. 1,20,000 every sixth month. You hold the keys in month 8, with 67% paid — Rs. 40,20,000 — and the remaining 33% runs on while you live in it.
