The money
The payment plan, line by line
15% at booking, then 36 monthly instalments. The instalments add up to the price and nothing more.
How it works
-
You pay the down payment at booking
15% of the price, due at the moment the booking is made rather than at the end of that month. You get a receipt with a reference and a QR code the same day.
-
Your schedule is generated once and does not move
All 36 instalments, with their due dates, are fixed at booking. We cannot quietly revise them later, and neither can a dealer.
-
You pay monthly, in any amount you like
Paying more than an instalment is allowed and is credited against your file as a whole. You do not have to pay exactly the instalment figure, and you are not penalised for paying ahead.
-
The last instalment squares the rounding
36 equal instalments do not divide the balance exactly, so the final one carries the difference. It is a few rupees, it is on your contract, and it is why the schedule totals the price precisely.

There is no interest and no markup
The sum of the down payment and all 36 instalments equals the price of the floor. Exactly. Not approximately.
You can check this on any of the three schedules: the running total in the last column ends on the price. Paying over time costs you nothing extra, and choosing a longer tenure in the calculator changes the monthly figure but never the total.
This is worth stating plainly because instalment plans in this market frequently do carry a markup, disclosed somewhere in the fine print as a higher headline price for instalment buyers. Ours does not, and if you find a figure on your contract that contradicts this page, that is a serious problem and we want to hear about it immediately.
If something goes wrong
Missing an instalment is a situation with a defined process rather than an unspoken threat, and it is written out at what happens if you miss one. Read it before you buy rather than when you need it.
