Why the unpublished ones are listed
Because the alternative is a page that grows quietly as documents appear and never says what is still outstanding. You should be able to see where the file stands, not guess at it.
Our position is that you should read the instrument you will be signing before you pay anything. We would rather answer questions now than at possession.
Checking a document we have given you
Contracts and receipts issued by Central Point carry a QR code and a reference number. Scanning it confirms the document is genuine, and tells you if it has been cancelled since.
Something does not match
If a document you have been shown differs from what is published here — a different price, a different approval, a different company name — send us a photograph of it and tell us who gave it to you. That is useful to us and to the next buyer, and we would rather hear it from you than from a lawyer.
